Any Healthy Cookie Monsters in your Family?


When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track... here is a nice treat!
No Sugar - No Dairy - No Gluten

Healthy Monster Cookies
3 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/2 cup of hydrated raisins
2 Tablespoons of hydrated Chia seeds
2 Tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Cloves
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon of Iodized Salt

I loosely measure all the ingredients. Really, I let my conscious guide me - it usually works out =)
Mix everything together. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
