When: 3 rounds first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (not driving, not swimming, not bathing - in a safe place)

Round #1
Breathe In: Fully In: Belly, Chest, Head
Breathe Out: NOT fully, just "let go"
30 times/40 times - whenever you feel light-headed/charged/tingling stop
Hold breath for 1 min or until you feel the urge to breathe again
Take a breath and hold for 15 seconds then "let go"

Round #2 Same
Round #3 Same
